As a professional player in the Costa Rican First Division, Bobby’s expertise enables youths to develop into skillful, intelligent and competitive soccer players.
Bobby is always willing to listen to player’s questions, to help coaches in whatever way he can and to offer suggestions to whomever seeks him out. Bobby has a tremendous love of the game and it shows in everything he does. He has a manner of dealing with kids which makes them anxious to learn and as a result, willing and eager to implement his teachings to their fullest ability.
Michael CalderonDirector of Operations/ Pro Trainer
Mike played in the NJSL Premier World Division with WILDCATS FC for the past five seasons. He has been training with FSS for the past 12 years and holds an NSCAA Advanced Regional Diploma. Mike spent the past three seasons as a staff coach for the Indian Hills H.S. Boys Varsity team. He is currently the Director of Operations for First Shot Soccer.
Daisy CalderonPro Trainer
Daisy played college soccer at NJIT. In 2000, as a starting goalkeeper, led the nation in NCAA Division-II saves per game. She recorded first shut-out in school history on 10/16 vs. Mount St. Vincent. Daisy has been training with FSS for the past seven years.
Cindy CalderonPro Trainer
Cindy currently plays for Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ. In the summer of 2008, she was selected for the First Shot Academy team that traveled to Costa Rica to play in a premier tournament. In the summer of 2009, she played in the W-League (a semi-pro women's soccer league in North America) for the NJ Wildcats. A local product, Cindy was a four year Varsity starter at Indian Hills High School. She was a part of two N.J. State Group 2 back-to-back championships in 2002 & 2003. Cindy has been training with FSS for the past three years.
Dan KildayPro Trainer
Dan played college soccer at Plymouth State College. He is currently the head coach of the Wayne Valley H.S. Boys Varsity team.
Dan team won the Passaic County Champhionship back-to-back 2006 & 2007. He has been training with FSS for the past six years.
Jim LoudonPro Trainer
Jim played college soccer at Davis & Elkins College, West Virginia and holds an NSCAA Advance Regional Dimploma. He is currently the head coach of the Indian Hills H.S. Girls Varsity team. Jim has won two N.J. State, Group 2, Champhionship back-to-back 2002 & 2003.
Angela TalucciPro Trainer
Angela played college soccer at Pace University and was a four-year starter for them. She has been training with FSS for the past six years.
Joe BucciPro Trainer
Joe played college soccer for Eastern University in St. Davids, PA. From there Joe spent four years working in the MLS in the front offices of the LA Galaxy and the NY/NJ MetroStars. He coached on the Division 1 collegiate level with the University of Richmond men's team. Joe has a USSF 'C' license and has trained and coached dozens of club teams over the past 15 years.
Ignacio GarciaPro Trainer
Ignacio played in the youth minor league in Columbia which develops players National Team before moving to the U.S. He also played college soccer at Felician College. Ignacio has been training with FSS for two years.
Luis MottaPro Trainer
Luis played college soccer at Saint Marcos University in Lima, Peru. Luis currently holds USSF 'D' license and has been coaching in the U.S. for the past 12 years. Has been training R.Y.S.A. teams during the past five years and has been training with FSS for the past four years.
Jorge Chapoy
Pro Trainer
Jorge played college soccer at East Stroudsburg University. He was named First Team All-American and scored 73 goals for them in four years. Jorge is currently playing in the Champions League for VISTULA S.C. Jorge has been training with FSS for the past four years.
Wes Kirk

Wes played college soccer at Rutgers University. Member of the U16, U18, U20 Youth National Team for United States Soccer Federation and was also an ODP player
from 1995 - 2001. Wes has been training with FSS for the past two years.
Jessy Giordano
Pro Trainer
Jessy played college soccer at Ramapo College. She was a four year starter, was named rookie of the year in 2004, and was named first team all-NJAC in 2007. A local product, Jessy played for Indian Hills High School and was part of two N.J. State, Group 2, champhionships back-to-back 2002 & 2003. She achieved All-State honors during the 2002 fall season. She is currently an assistant coach for the Indian Hills H.S. girls soccer team.

Josh Hollens
Pro Trainer
Josh played college soccer at the University of Rhode Island and later transferred to University of Delaware to finish his collegiate career. He was named to the National Intercollegiate Soccer Association "All Tournament Team" in his last year of college. Josh was a member of the NJ ODP from 1996 - 1997 seasons. He currently is playing and managing for the Wildcats FC which play in the NJSL Premier World Division.
Lauren Mezey

Lauren played College Soccer at East Stroudsburg University. A local product, she was NJGSCA All-State for Wayne Hills High School. Lauren has been training with FSS for the past two years.
Ilyas Tasci

Ilyas played college soccer at Montclair State University. He was a four year starter and lead the team to the sweet 16 of the NCAA tournament and a NJAC League Championship in 2006. He is ranked 13th in the history of MSU Soccer with 26 goals. Ilyas played High School Soccer at Paramus High School and was awarded Player of the Decade honors by the Bergen Record in 2010. He scored a school record 63 Varsity goals in 3 years and was awarded Player of the year in 2002 along with All-State, All-County, and All-League selections for all three years. Ilyas has experience coaching both at the collegiate and at the high school level. He was the Assistant Coach for City College of New York and River Dell High School. Ilyas is currently the Assistant Coach for Paramus High School boys soccer.

Miguel DeLeon

Miguel has 17 years of experience coaching boys and girls ages 6 thru 19 at all levels, Northern Counties teams, and League Select teams. He has a USSF 'C' license and was the head coach of the R.Y.S.A. Wildcats U15 girls that went undefeated in the Memorial Day Manalapan Tournament in 2007. This same team was named the NCSA league champions for the spring season. Miguel also has a grade 8 Referee License. Miguel as been training with FSS for past eight years.
